3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We may send data to the following services:

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the above service providers. Data transmission to each service is limited to what is necessary for the App's functionality.

4. Data Storage

Portfolio data is stored on the user's device (AsyncStorage) and in Supabase with encryption.
When the App is deleted, all data on the device is immediately removed.
When you delete your account, server-side data will be deleted within 14 days.

5. Your Rights

Data deletion: You can delete all trade data from the Settings screen.
Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.
Data access: You may review the data we hold about you through the Settings screen or by contacting us.
Deletion request: You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address listed below.

6. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA):

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data.
Right to restriction of processing: You may request that we limit the processing of your personal data.
Right to data portability: You may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data.

Our legal basis for processing personal data is: (a) your consent, (b) performance of our contract with you (these Terms), or (c) our legitimate interests in improving the App.

For California residents (CCPA):

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the following rights:

Right to know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
Right to opt-out: You may opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

7. Advertising

In the current version, advertisements are delivered to all users through Google AdMob.
Advertising IDs are used for ad delivery.
You can manage personalized ad settings through your device's privacy settings (iOS ATT, Android advertising ID reset).

8. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete such information.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you of the changes and the effective date within the App.
